I love this at breakfast as like most I find my sweet tooth is ravenous in the earlier hours of the morning. Not only is it quick and easy with only three key ingredients but there is virtually no preparation time!  Rather straight into the blender to produce some low-calorie indulgence. Do not be alarmed it you find it bitter.  Coco power is the low fat component of chocolate with no added sugar. Instead it is rich in minerals Calcium, Copper, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc. So yes in this instance we will class this yummy treat good!

300 mL Lite Milk

1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder (not chocolate power but cooking coco)
